Day 4: Oversleeping + LAN = No exercise
June 2, 2006
So i slept in until 12:30. Not good. I have to work from 3:30 – 7:30 and the student center closes at 8, and also theres a LAN party at mikes house. We never have those very often so I am definitely going to go. I need to stop sleeping in so much, I could have worked out at like 11 or 12 and it would have worked out for my day. Doh. Now I am going to go exercise-free for another day. Even tomorrow I am going to have to just go walk in wyndhurst instead of getting on the treadmill, which at least its still exercise, but its not as good as being on the treadmill (inclines, constant speed, etc.).
Today's Weigh-In:
*Did not weigh before first meal.
Today's Food Intake:
Breakfast – Not out of bed in time.
Lunch – McDonalds Breakfast (pancakes, sausage,etc.)
Dinner - Subway 12" Club + Cookies
Work – Aquafina Flavorsplash Water
Todays Exercise:
Because of my crappy sleeping habits. I dont have any time to exercise today. Plus my eating habits for today were kind of crappy too. Ugh. Not a good Diet Day.
