Day 3 : Yay for salad… Yay for stomach pains…

I forgot to weigh myself before eating, so the numbers will be off. So far it hasn't been too hard, i've been cutting down some calories and upping the amount of exercise, each day i think i have averaged so far (after burning the calories off), an average of about 1200 calories. Which is MUCH lower than what my intake used to be.

Today's Weigh-In:

*Did not weigh before first meal.

Today's Food Intake:

Breakfast – Not out of bed in time.
Lunch – Arby's Salad + Regular Roast Beef + Diet Sprite Zero
Dinner – Alfredo Pasta (small portion) + Diet Sprite Zero
Snack @ Work – Small bag of fruit candy Mike & Ikes, Aquafina Flavorsplash Water

Todays Exercise:

Had some stomach problems, wasn't able to go (my body has horrid timing!)
