Colin D. Devroe of The UberGeek Guys has decided to do a diet for the summer. I was already planning it, but now I have a group to do it with. I am a geek, so it fits quite well.
Today's Weigh-In:
255 Pounds
Today's Food Intake:
Breakfast – Not out of bed in time.
Lunch – A small saucer of popcorn chicken + Macaroni & Cheese + Diet Sprite Zero
Workout – Propel Berry Flavored Vitamin Water
Dinner – Wendy's: Chicken Sandwich + Side Salad + Regular Sprite(sipped it)
After Mowing – Diet Lipton Green Tea w/Citrus
Todays Exercise:
Student Center Treadmill
Avg Incline: 12.0 – Avg Speed: 2.8 – Distance: 1.5 miles – Calories Burned: 254
Mowing the Lawn
Duration: 60 Minutes – Calories Burned (Estimated by *HHF): 662
