Day 20: Too lazy to post? But still exercising?
Sure enough. I am still exercising at least 4-5 times a week.
Still eating fairly healthy. I went back to caffiene, after a 2 month period of hardly any at all. I stay hydrated and calciumized(?) so no need to worry there.
Down to 250. Averaging a little over a pound a week. Wish I could be losing it faster.

walked two miles today..
Subway 12" club with no cheese + 3 cookies.
Choc Peanut Butter Ice Cream…
does it sound healthy ? no. but seeing as how i had one meal with a snack, and then a dessert later. not bad!
Calorie level is still okay. Weight is evened off right now at 251

and i didnt have time to exercise either. busy says suck because i feel like i'm losing the "routine".

Day 9: Eating VERY well today.
Breakfast/Lunch – Grilled Chicken and Vegetables with Cheese on top (275 Calories)
Dinner – Spaghetti (500 calories)
only 775 so far!!
and volley ball is tonight (a burn of around 500 – 750 calories).
Feeling good today!

Day 7: Another Late Start
Well I got up at like 11:30. Work is at 2:30. That really restricts my time. I will have to go walk 2 miles in wyndhurst after work since the student center will be closed.
Today's Weigh-In:
251, YAY! It looks like 4 pounds so far !! (Though of course weights can fluctuate)
Today's Food Intake:
Breakfast – Not out of bed in time.
Lunch – Spaghetti
Dinner – Yamazatos Hibachi Teriyaki Chicken & Vegetables
Work – two Aquafina Flavorsplashes
Todays Exercise:
Not doing well with exercise right now. Exhausted after work.

Day 6: Day of Rest…
Today's Food Intake:
Breakfast – Not Hungry
Lunch – Golden Corral: Salad, Meatloaf, Mac N Cheese *all small amounts*, a small brownie, and a pretty small dessert pie piece.
Dinner – BK Whopper Jr. + Salad + Sprite (A little bad on the cals here, but i am letting sundays be a little more lenient, plus its not too bad b/c of having a salad instead of the fries)

Day 4: Oversleeping + LAN = No exercise
So i slept in until 12:30. Not good. I have to work from 3:30 – 7:30 and the student center closes at 8, and also theres a LAN party at mikes house. We never have those very often so I am definitely going to go. I need to stop sleeping in so much, I could have worked out at like 11 or 12 and it would have worked out for my day. Doh. Now I am going to go exercise-free for another day. Even tomorrow I am going to have to just go walk in wyndhurst instead of getting on the treadmill, which at least its still exercise, but its not as good as being on the treadmill (inclines, constant speed, etc.).

Because of my crappy sleeping habits. I dont have any time to exercise today. Plus my eating habits for today were kind of crappy too. Ugh. Not a good Diet Day.

Day 3 : Yay for salad… Yay for stomach pains…
I forgot to weigh myself before eating, so the numbers will be off. So far it hasn't been too hard, i've been cutting down some calories and upping the amount of exercise, each day i think i have averaged so far (after burning the calories off), an average of about 1200 calories. Which is MUCH lower than what my intake used to be.

Lunch – Arby's Salad + Regular Roast Beef + Diet Sprite Zero

Todays Exercise:
Had some stomach problems, wasn't able to go (my body has horrid timing!)
